On August 10, a delegation headed by Zhu Hongbing, Chairman of City Envitonment, visited the waste-to-energy project in Hua county, listened to the report made by the project manager on the progress and learned the quality and safety of the construction.

The chairman emphasized that, as the company’s first batch of pilot projects, the WTE project in Hua county must thoroughly implement the principle proposed by Governor Yin Hong during his visit to City Environment. Safety concept must be enrooted in every staff. Supervisors shall pay more attention to safety issues and standardized construction, and strengthen project inspections. He added that it was important to control the quality and speed of the construction. And since commercial operation, we should strive to achieve full-load power generation and profitability within the first year. Moreover, it should set itself as a benchmark for subsequent projects.
